Q-Man is a service specially designed to cater for the needs of small companies committed to quality improvement but lacking the resources to employ a full-time quality manager. Through Q-Man we provide the services of an experienced quality manager who is subcontracted on a part-time basis to a number of client companies. Clients only have to pay pro-rata for the time our quality manager spends with them, thus acquiring the kind of professional services and support that would be beyond their normal resources. The main purpose of Q-Man is to provide professional direction for a company's quality management activities and maintain performance standards to meet the requirements of a quality assurance (QA) system as typically described by BS EN ISO 9000. Client companies pay for Q-Man by an annual membership subscription, payable monthly. The basic membership fee guarantees in-company assistance on a specified number of days per month, plus a quality manager on call. Subscribers may reserve additional days per month on payment of a supplementary fee. |
