The cycle of audit, management review and corrective action is vital to maintain an integrated management system that will be of benefit to an organnisation. Audits, well carried out, can be a way of gaining real cost savings from BS EN ISO 9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001. This course shows how to conduct audits and gain maximum benefit from them.

The course is aimed at all who need to carry out internal IMS audits. It will also be of benefit to those who need a broader understanding of management systems.


Aims & Objectives

* Understand the application of the three Standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001), their similarities and differences.

* Understand the principles of integrated audit planning;

* Plan, organise and carry out an integrated audit;

* Collect and analyse objective evidence;

* Evaluate and report the results of an audit.
